Position Type: Full-Time (35-40 hours per week)
Compensation: $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive shopping environment. This role requires flexibility to work days, nights, and most weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner,
– Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers,
– Process transactions accurately using POS systems,
– Maintain a clean and organized sales floor,
– Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to team objectives,
– Assist with inventory management and restocking,
– Processing customer trade-ins,
– Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:
– Previous retail or customer service experience preferred,
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
– Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and most weekends,
– Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset,
– Basic math skills for handling transactions,
– Reliable transportation.
