Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders. This role primarily requires first shift availability Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
– Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and efficiency,
– Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging,
– Maintain organized inventory and storage areas,
– Process returns and exchanges according to company policies,
– Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment goals,
– Use inventory management systems to track orders and stock levels,
– Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment,

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or similar role preferred,
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills,
– Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs,
– Basic computer skills for using inventory systems,
– Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic,
– Availability for first shift Monday-Friday, with rare weekend shifts
