Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Disc Golf Specialist to manage and grow our disc golf inventory both online and in-store. This role involves listing products, providing expert recommendations to customers, restocking inventory, and overseeing our used disc inventory. The position requires daytime availability and some weekend shifts, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar software.

Key Responsibilities:

• List and manage disc golf inventory on online platforms and in-store displays
• Provide personalized recommendations to customers based on their skill level and preferences
• Assist with restocking disc golf inventory to ensure product availability
• Manage and organize used disc inventory, including inspecting and pricing discs
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote disc golf products and events
• Keep up-to-date with disc golf trends, brands, and product specifications
• Ensure a clean and organized disc golf section in-store

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of disc golf, including equipment, brands, and player needs
• Experience with Microsoft Excel or similar software for inventory management
• Previous retail, customer service, or inventory management experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work daytime shifts and some weekends
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
